Calif. farmers leave acres unplanted as state cuts off water

More than 60 percent of California is in an extreme drought, forcing farmers to take drastic steps. With reservoirs at record lows, the state has cut off water to growers in the Central Valley farm belt, meaning hundreds of thousands of acres could be left unplanted. Bill Whitaker reports.
