California wildfires: 17 dead, more than 190 reported missing

The death toll from California's fast-moving wildfires continues to climb. Firefighters now say 17 people have died. Seventeen wildfires are burning across the state and much of the destruction is concentrated in the heart of California's wine country. Carter Evans reports.
