California leads the pack in private health insurance signups
California hopes to enroll up to 700,000 people in private health plans by April 1. The head of "Covered California," the state's health care exchange, says enrollments are starting to pick up. Since Nov. 1, 2,000 people per day are signing up -- double the rate of October. Ben Tracy reports.
