California considers ban on food additives linked to potential health risks
A California state assembly member has proposed a ban on red dye No. 3 and four other food additives in the state based on potential links to cancer and other health concerns. The additives are allowed by the FDA and food manufacturers say they're safe, but they have been banned in Europe for years. CBS News' Danya Bacchus reports.
