Calif. high-speed rail project aims to safely meet transportation needs

The Japanese have safely operated high-speed trains for more than 50 years. The agency building California's $68 billion high-speed railway says the project will meet the needs of 50 million people at a much lower cost than building more freeways and airports. John Blackstone reports.
