ByHeart recalling all baby formula products amid botulism outbreak

An outbreak of botulism linked to ByHeart baby formula has sickened at least 15 infants in 12 states, officials say. The company announced Tuesday that it is expanding its voluntary recall to include all of its baby formula products while the investigation continues.
