"Buy Nothing Project" groups offering more than just gifts
The New Year is a fresh start and many of us are starting it by trying to declutter our homes. Instead of tossing items or donating them, a growing number of people are first offering them to their neighbors for free as part of the "Buy Nothing Project." Janet Shamlian reports.
