Bus driver shortages, tech issues lead to "transportation disaster" in Kentucky
There is anger in Louisville, Kentucky, after many students were left stranded last week due to what officials call a "transportation disaster." One major failure was a new bus routing system relying on technology and another is a shortage of school bus drivers, an issue that is also seen in communities far beyond Kentucky.
