Border towns struggle to house influx of migrants following Supreme Court decision on Title 42

Officials in El Paso, Texas, are working to build temporary housing for an influx of migrants. Several cities along the U.S.-Mexico border have declared a state of emergency following the Supreme Court's decision to indefinitely uphold the Title 42 immigration policy.
