Blinded Vietnam veteran makes advancing technologies "worth a darn"

Former Marine Sgt. John Fales, Jr., was blinded in Vietnam combat in 1966. He has since spent his life making sure everyone - from fellow blinded veterans to members of Congress - understands what's freely available to sensory-disabled vets to ensure them as normal a life as possible.
