Despite some stores opening for the first time ever on Thanksgiving Day, weak Black Friday sales have tempered many retailers' hopes for a surge in holiday shopping. Online shopping has been stronger, especially on mobile devices, with sales up 43 percent over last year. Anthony Mason reports.
