Biden to deliver prime-time address on "the soul of the nation"
President Biden will deliver a prime-time speech on Thursday at Philadelphia's Independence Hall for what the White House describes as "the continued battle for the soul of the nation." A senior administration official said the president will focus on American democracy and the threat that he believes exists right now. Nancy Cordes reports.
