A park that has been commandeered by Texas National Guard soldiers is becoming a point of tension between the state and the Biden administration. Federal officials say Texas National Guard soldiers prevented Border Patrol agents from attempting to rescue three migrants who drowned in the Rio Grande on Friday while trying to enter the U.S. Texas officials denied the claims.
