Ben Carson: Debt ceiling standoff a "stupid" way to govern

Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson says if elected, he would tie raising the debt limit to some “very significant actions.” The neurosurgeon believes waiting until the deadline for a Congressional vote is “a stupid way to run a government.”
