Baltimore police commissioner ousted after spike in murders

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake fired commissioner Anthony Batts on Wednesday, saying Baltimore needs "a change" after a recent spike in homicides. The move came just hours after a report blasted the department's handling of riots sparked by the death of Freddie Gray. Chip Reid reports.
