Australia reducing tax benefits for parents who don't vaccinate their children

A new federal program in Australia reduces family tax benefits for parents who fail to get their children vaccinated. It will dock parents $28 every two weeks for each child who is not immunized. Paula Reid and Omar Villafranca have more.
