Attorney General calls for toughest charges for suspects in custody
Attorney General Jeff Sessions has sent a memo to federal prosecutors calling for the toughest charges possible to be filed for suspects taken into custody. Sessions says harsher punishments must be in place to curb the rising murder rate and the opioid epidemic. Paula Reid has more.
