At least 8 dead in duck boat accident on Missouri lake, sheriff says

Sheriff Doug Rader briefed members of the media Thursday night on the rescue operations on a Missouri lake. At least 8 people were killed when a tourist boat capsized, and dive teams were still searching the waters.
