Arrests made after Black Lives Matter sign vandalized in California

Two non-sworn public employees were among three people arrested for vandalizing a Black Lives Matter sign in Thousand Oaks, California. Surveillance footage shows one man slashing the sign with a knife and was later identified as an employee of the Ventura County Sheriff's Office. CBS Los Angeles' Brittney Hopper reports.
