Arrested teen applauded for helping save officer's life
In a surveillance video, Jamal Rutledge, 17, is seen in handcuffs shouting for help after officer Franklin Foulks collapsed from an apparent heart attack. Rutledge's calls for help prompted officers to rush in and use an automated external defibrillator to save Foulks' life. Dr. Jon LaPook reports on the life saving tactics.
