Arrest shows confusion over Florida's voting law

Romona Oliver, 55, appeared to have no idea why she was being arrested by the Tampa Police Department in August. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' election fraud office accused her of breaking state law by casting a ballot as a felon who had committed an offense that made her ineligible to vote.
