Arkansas residents "anxious" as swollen river strains levees

About 10 million people in the Central U.S. may be about to see the worst flooding in recorded history. The biggest threat is along the Arkansas River, where the National Weather Service warns of a "significant impact to life and property." Manuel Bojorquez reports from Fort Smith, Arkansas.
