Are smartphones and marijuana to blame for rise in pedestrian deaths?

According to a new study, people are being hit and killed by cars and trucks at a rate not seen in 25 years. Smartphones and legal marijuana may be partly to blame. CBS News correspondent Jericka Duncan reports.
