Amid crippling opioid epidemic, Philadelphia considers safe injection sites
The opioid epidemic has officials in Philadelphia considering establishing safe injection sites, places where addicts can shoot up heroin under supervision of health care workers. It's already being done in Vancouver, and is under consideration in places like Seattle. But is it legal? CBS News national correspondent Jericka Duncan reports.
