Alzheimer's more prevalent in East and Southeast U.S., report finds

A new report in the Alzheimer's Association's Journal offers the first estimates of the prevalence of where Alzheimer's disease is most prevalent in the U.S. It determined that seniors living in the East and Southeast regions of the country are most likely to have the debilitating illness. Neurologist Dr. Dona Murphey joined CBS News to talk about the findings.
