Alina Habba steps down as acting U.S. attorney for New Jersey

President Trump's former personal lawyer Alina Habba has stepped down as acting U.S. attorney for the district of New Jersey. Last week, a panel of federal judges upheld a lower court ruling that said Habba was improperly appointed to the position and therefore, serving unlawfully.
