Alaska judge reinstates drilling ban, striking down Trump's 2017 executive order

A judge in Alaska struck down President Trump's executive order on oil drilling in the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge. U.S. District Court Judge Sharon Gleason ruled President Obama's drilling ban could only be revoked by Congress.
