Abandoned horses victims of prolonged drought

The prolonged drought in Texas has resulted in higher numbers of horses needing to be rescued as the dry conditions are pushing hay and feed prices up. This is making owners more likely to set their horses free or drop them off at rescue centers. Susan McGinnis reports.
