The legal consequences of gunshot detection technology

Since 2010, evidence obtained by gunshot detection devices has been used in U.S. courts more than 200 times. But several studies show that this type of artificial intelligence has serious faults that can lead to false information. Associated Press reporter Garance Burke joined CBSN's Lana Zak to discuss.
