9/11 first responders win permanent funding after Senate vote
After a nearly 18-year fight for their full benefits, 9/11 first responders and survivors will finally and permanently receive funding. The Victims' Compensation Fund bill passed 97-2 in the Senate Tuesday in a bipartisan win. Chip Reid reports.
