4-year-old dead, mom thought to be missing in wake of Mo. flash flooding

Flash flooding is blamed for the death of a 4-year-old in south-central Missouri after he was swept from a car in Waynesville on Tuesday. A woman believed to be his mother is missing. An area creek that had one foot of water before the rain rose to a record 21 feet and more rain is in the forecast. Norah O'Donnell reports.
