11-year-old shot dead by 2-year-old brother

Jamara Stevens was accidentally shot by her 2-year-old brother after the child found a loaded gun inside the family's West Philadelphia home. The 11-year-old girl was rushed to hospital where she was pronounced dead. The gun had allegedly been left at the home by a friend of the child's mother.
