Cyberattack: Feds to probe whether patient data was protected

Last month, Change Health Care was hit with what the American Hospital Association calls, "the most significant and consequential cyberattack on the U.S. health care system in American history." The United States Department of Health and Human Services will investigate into whether Change Health Care properly protected data in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
