Get Ready for the Next Storm
With Alex fading away state officials say it's time to get ready for the next big storm. Governor Perry says Hurricane Alex was a wake up call. "While we breathe a sigh of relief for this particular storm I try to remind people that it's early in the season." He says this storm was just a preview of what could be a very busy 2010 hurricane season and it should remind folks everywhere that they need to make sure they have the supplies and evacuation plans and have their property in order in case the next storm directly hits the Texas coast.
