Calm Start to April
High pressure is moving over the Lone Star state today. It made for a chilly morning but will provide dry air and sunny skies:
A nice day to take in a baseball game, the last exhibition game of Spring at Globe Life Stadium. With a northwest wind highs will still reach to around 70°:
A fine evening in store if headed to Toyota Stadium in Frisco to watch FC Dallas take the pitch, you might need a light jacket. Clear skies will allow temperatures to fall into the 40's:
A Warm day in store for us for Sunday has winds turn to the south. A southwest wind on Monday pushes us to the 80's; great weather for the season opener:
April is usually a very stormy month for us, I expect that kind of weather to be in full bloom during the second half of the month. Right now the outlook for April is for above normal temps and perhaps above normal rainfall:
