Strong winds out of the north created a wind chill in the 30's all morning. We'll reach into the upper 50's today before temperatures drop down into the mid-40's tonight. The wind will die down toward the end of the day.
It'll be the 30's by tomorrow morning in the Metroplex for the first time in about three weeks. And we thought Spring had arrived! Ironically it DOES arrive tonight. The Vernal Equinox occurs at 11:30pm:
We'll only be in the 50's tomorrow for highs. It'll be breezy but sunny. We'll slowly warm back up into the 80's by next Wednesday before the next strong cold front hits north Texas. Too early to tell if severe weather is possible with this front. It'll about the only rain chance in the week ahead:
