Residents of Crosby, Texas, who were trying to get home Friday were met by roadblocks after another fire broke out at the Arkema chemical plant, which was flooded by Harvey. Firefighters say the fire is too dangerous to fight, so all they can do is wait. Kris Van Cleave has more.
