Teen accused of killing 18-year-old at Morgan Hill party makes initial court appearance
Family and friends of an 18-year-old who was killed in Morgan Hill last month were at the courthouse on Monday as the 17-year-old accused in the case faced a judge. Prosecutors want to charge the alleged killer as an adult. Brad Hamilton reports.
