Residents of former Berkeley RV encampment obtain housing after city buys their vehicles

The City of Berkeley was able to move nearly all residents of a notorious homeless encampment into transitional housing after a program in which residents were paid to give up their RVs and other vehicles. Ryan Yamamoto reports.
