Pacifica seeking funding to restore historic railcar

More than a century ago, a historic rail line once ran through the San Francisco Peninsula, and there's a new push to bring it back to life. Kara St. Cyr spoke to Pacifica residents about a railcar restoration plan now picking up steam.
