Investigation underway after police shoot at truck outside Coast Guard Island in Alameda

An investigation is underway as officers opened fire Thursday evening at a vehicle backing into a line of police outside the U.S. Coast Guard base in Alameda, which was the site of a day long protest over a planned immigration operation by the Trump administration. Veronica Macias reports.
