Car falls off tow truck along I-580 in Castro Valley, crashes onto BART tracks

A vehicle fell off a tow truck on Interstate Highway 580 in Castro Valley and onto the adjacent BART tracks on Tuesday, blocking highway traffic and BART service on the Blue Line. Anne Makovec reports.
