Vegetation fire burns near Brentwood
Cal Fire said crews are at a vegetation fire in Brentwood that began burning Wednesday evening.
The fire is near Deer Valley and Balfour roads. Cal Fire said Contra Costa Fire Protection District crews are also at the scene.
The blaze was about 10 acres, around 6:30 p.m., and Cal Fire said forward progress was stopped just before 7 p.m.
