A large-scale brothel operating out of a commercial building in Sunnyvale was raided Thursday, resulting in the arrest of several people and the rescue of human trafficking victims, police said.

The officers also rescued seven adult human trafficking victims and recovered $27,000 in cash, DPS said.

"This type of illegal activity will not be tolerated in Sunnyvale and will be vigorously investigated," the press release said. "If you suspect illicit or illegal activity in your area, please report it at 408-730-7180.
