Sizzling Hot, Or Overcooked? Big Asking Price For Tiny Fixer Upper In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- San Francisco's real estate market is sizzling hot, but a tiny home is leaving some neighbors feeling like the market has been overcooked.

The $379,000 asking price for the 266-square foot 'fixer upper' in the city's Crocker Amazon neighborhood doesn't have a garage, or even a separate bedroom.

Neighbors aren't impressed by the listing.

"I wouldn't pay anything for a house this size," one neighbor said.

Neighbors told KPIX 5 that the owner had lived there since the 1980's, and left the house to her sister when she died.
