San Jose High School Track Coach Accused Of Sex With Minor

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- San Jose police arrested a high school track coach Friday on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.

Francisco Vincente Lopez, a 33-year-old track coach and campus assistant at San Jose High School, was arrested at 11 a.m. Friday on suspicion of three felony sexual offenses with a minor and sending harmful matter to a minor, according to police.

He has been booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
