OPD Releases Tape of Suspects in Virginia Man's Murder
The Oakland police Department has released more details about a homicide that occurred late Sunday night, in which a man coming to the Bay Area for a job interview was shot and killed.
Using security footage from a nearby building, police released a detailed description of two people wanted in connection with the crime. The tape shows two people walking towards the area where the crime took place, which was in front of a dentist's office at 19th and Webster.

One suspect is described as a male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray pants, and a woman wearing a printed hooded shirt or sweatshirt, along with white pants and white tennis shoes.
It is believed the man was the shooter, attacking 45-year-old Jing Hong Kang of Fairfax, Va. around 11:30 p.m. Sunday in downtown Oakland.
Police say a female dental hygienist was helping Kang enter directions to his hotel in a rental car's GPS system when two men approached them demanding money.
Kang died at the scene. The woman was not harmed.
The robbers escaped with only $17.
Police say Kang, a computer engineer and father of three, had a scheduled job interview with Google Inc. on Monday.
