(CBS SF) – Martin Shkreli, who has been dubbed as the "most hated CEO in America," is reportedly worth at least $45 million.

According to CBS MoneyWatch, court documents showed that Shkreli used his $45 million E-Trade account to secure his $5 million bail. Shkreli is barred from selling or transferring funds from the account, and E-Trade must notify prosecutors if the value fell below $5 million.

Shkreli became notorious last September when his company Turing Pharmaceuticals raised the price of the drug Daraprim from $13.50 to $750 per pill. The pill is used to treat an infection people with AIDS and cancer.

Last month, Shkreli was arrested on suspicion of securities fraud, securities fraud conspiracy and wire fraud conspiracy.

Shortly before his arrest, Shkreli bought South San Francisco-based KaloBios Pharmaceuticals. The company has since filed for bankruptcy and has been delisted by Nasdaq.
