Lea Michele Remembers Cory Monteith On 32nd Birthday
(CBS NEWS) - Lea Michele posted a heartwarming photo on Sunday -- which would have been Cory Monteith's 32nd birthday.

Michele and Monteith co-starred together on "Glee" and were in a relationship before his death last July. The actor died following an overdose of heroin and alcohol in his hotel room in Vancouver, Canada.
