Each and every Friday, Alice@97.3's Marcus D. explores the Bay Area food truck culture one truck, one meal and many, many bites at a time.

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS-SF/ALICE@97.3) - This week, Marcus D. takes you to San Francisco's latest food truck hang out, SOMA StrEATFood Park. On this edition of Food Truck Friday, Marcus checked out the Smokin' Warehouse Barbecue Truck who also has a restaurant located at 1465 Carroll Avenue in San Francisco. Go check them out!

Smokin' Warehouse Barbecue specializes in baby back pork ribs. Their ribs are slow-smoked inside their "secret oven" for 6 to 7 hours at 225 degrees. You can enjoy their ribs along with their own homemade secret sauces, mild or spicy. Your preference, of course. Smokin' Warebouse also serve an amazing 14-hour slow-cooked pulled pork and a 4 1/2 hour roasted beef brisket. Once you get a whiff of that barbecue aroma, there's no turning back! But, it doesn't end there. Ready for the list? Smokin' Warehouse also serves sliders, chicken wings, hot links, and so much more, we'll be here all day!

Now, you can't have barbecue without the sides. It's practically, a "must-do!" You must try Smokin' Warehouse's Mac and Cheese, made with bacon & jalapenos or check out their Brisket Chili with Onions and Cheese. Yes, you read right, brisket! Plus SWB has the usual sides menu for a barbecue meal like potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans.

You can catch Smokin' Warehouse Barbecue at SOMA StrEATFood Park all month long, for lunch and dinner. Find them on Twitter @SmokinWarehouse or check them out at smokinwarehouse.blogspot.com.

SOMA StrEat Food Park is located on 11th and Harrison in the heart of San Francisco or visit them at somastreatfoodpark.com.
